The personnel that controls this campground and lots of amusing stuff to do are in themselves reason enough to come here. Silver Fork is a very popular campground with folks of Kyburz. Lots of folks opt for this campground to be near Eldorado National Forest. Silver Fork is       one of the locations to camp here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. A visit to California is not complete without some camping. There's heaps of outdoors recreation available close by such as hiking, playing golf, fishing, swimming,   and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do. The pleasant local attractions and the pleasant variety of outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. There are so many amusing things to do close to Silver Fork, and it is one of loads of fine campgrounds in this vicinity. Easy trails make up 65% of the trails at Kirkwood, and red and black ones make up 35%. There is a total of 2,300 acres of skiing land; Kirkwood is a glorious site to ski. The 2,000-foot height difference at nearby ski hill Kirkwood is great; it has 65 trails blanketed by 42 feet of great snow every winter, served by 15 lifts. There's a great 9.6-mile-long type IV-V whitewater part on American   River - South Fork close by, the Strawberry to Kyburz segment.
