George Washington Carver National Monument is reasonably right next door to Camp Tilden; Ponderosa Trails is a nice position to ride horses near Camp Tilden. This campground is so good. There's some flowing water close by, Big Sugar Creek is a stream you can explore while here. A game of bowling is cool at nearby Bentonville Bowling Center, and during your   spree here you'll meet some folks from Pineville for sure.
