Natural attractiveness surrounds this primitive campground, and needless to say it may be hard to get to a primitive campground such as Red Hills Campground, but it's worth the effort. Water hookups are on hand here. Wyoming is a tremendous outdoors state. When was the last occasion you went camping? Red Hills Campground in Wyoming is just the site. Restrooms are naturally on hand; this is a primitive campground which obviously means that there are few amenities. Outdoors recreation is bountiful,       some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is hiking, fishing, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so running out of enjoyable stuff to do won’t happen. Red Hills Campground is fantastically popular with the folks from Kelly. This   campground is to be found in the stunning Wind River Range. There's so much to do near Red Hills Campground, and it's one of those sites where everything is tremendous. So many local attractions and the wonderful variety of outdoors recreation are fine reasons to come. The Lower Slide Lake to Kelly section is a good 5-mile-in-length class II-IV section of whitewater on Gros Ventre River. This section of Gros Ventre River is an amusing section for whitewater rafting or kayaking. Whitewater kayaking and rafting may get treacherous, so check restrictions before heading out. You'll find a stunning lake called Lower Slide Lake near Red Hills Campground, and there are glorious sites to look at along   the Lava Creek Trail. And if that's not sufficient there's a lot more cool stuff to do in the Wind River Range.
