On Friday nights, there is an outdoor band at ''Skinny Daves Bar'' on highway 32/64 a short distance outside the campground. The noise it pipes into the campground is horrible: bass and drums, mainly. The Sheriff of Oconto County says there are complaints ''all the time'' about this unwarranted intrusion, but nothing is done. Friday night is not a good time at Bagley Rapids. I have written to the Town of Mountain and the Forest Service about this issue and will update if they actually       respond. As long as you fancy the outdoors you will fancy Wisconsin.
