On the whole this segment of Clearwater River is not a tough spot for whitewater kayaking or rafting. For your safety you should always check restrictions in advance of going whitewater kayaking or rafting. With its 3,229 foot difference in altitude it's a picturesque great outdoors trail; the Bogachiel-Hoh Trail is 20.8 miles of   good trekking. About three days of difficult trekking on the Bogachiel-Hoh Trail is time well expended.
