Colonial Creek Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington     Custom Search   Colonial Creek Campground is comprised of 2 camping areas. The North loop opens in May thru September. The South Loop opens from mid October thru mid May. Colonial Campground is located at an elevation of 1,200 feet with more than 140 campsites, all of which are on a first-come, first-served basis. Amenities available here include dump station, flush toilets, as well as drinking water. This primitive campground is to be found in a very lovely site. This is a primitive campground which as expected means that there are quite few amenities. At this primitive campground you could get a nicer wilderness experience than you would get at a more civilized campground. Getting to       this primitive campground could be a tad hard, but it's well worth it. Colonial Creek Campground is one of the locations to camp here in the Northern Cascade Range. Some of the things you can do here at Colonial Creek Campground   are swimming, hiking, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so you won’t get bored. Such a nice selection of attractions and the nice variety of outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. In Washington you never run out of outdoors exciting stuff. Quite a lot of exciting stuff to do right next door to Colonial Creek Campground; if you're trying to locate a magnificent place to go for a camping trip, this is a delightful pick. Near Colonial Creek Campground is a splendid 4-mile-in-distance section of whitewater on Stetattle Creek, a type IV(V), this is the Jay Creek to   Gorge Lake segment. This segment of Stetattle Creek is proposed for expert whitewater paddlers solely.
