There's a perfect 0-mile-in-distance category II-III whitewater stretch on Weber River close by, the Ogden Whitewater Park segment. When the conditions are right this stretch of Weber River is an amusing stretch of river for whitewater boating. Always check current conditions in advance of a trip whitewater boating as whitewater boating is a treacherous activity. Everybody loves Willard Bay State Park, and do visit Ogden River while you're here at Century Campground. A visit to Fort Buenaventura State Park revives   the soul, and don't miss out on a tour to California National Historic Trail if you're here.
