A refreshing swimming pool can be encountered here, so you may go for a dip, and shoot some hoops at the Neligh Park Campground basketball court. This is a nice spot for tent camping. It's a good   idea to go to Plum Creek, it's near Neligh Park Campground, and you'll meet a lot of folks from West Point here.
