A RUDE gamewarden gave my husband a ticket going across the lake claiming he was going fast. He was barely going and when he got to where we htought the wake zone was he slowed down to a crawl. When he tried to explain that we had been several places and thought the lake wake zone was the same everywhere he said ''Well this ain't everywhere else.'' He treated my husband like an idiot in       front of our 10 and 5yr. old. We will not be back!!!! This campground has some pretty and comfortable cabins, and at the store here at this campground you may purchase needed items. There are water hookups, and experience the great outdoors in Mississippi at its greatest at a primitive campground like Davis Lake Campground. This is a primitive campground which of course means that there are a small number of amenities. Don't forget your fishing pole because fishing here at Davis Lake Campground is splendid . This primitive campground is positioned in an extraordinarily gorgeous locality, and there is lodging where you can stay the night in magnificent comfort. Restrooms are obviously on hand; if you adore boating   you are in luck, boating is perfect here.
