If natural prettiness
is what you would like, this primitive campground is what you want. Water hookups are available here. This campground is one of the pleasant places to camp here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. As if Lost Trail Campground wasn't enough, you can also go fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so you won’t get bored.
Such a great pick of attractions and the great variety of outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came.
Quite a lot of exciting things to do in the vicinity of Lost Trail Campground; it is a very great campground. Rio Grande has a good 8-mile-from-start-to-finish class III-IV whitewater section nearby, the Rio Grande Reservoir to 12 miles above

Creede segment. When the conditions are right this section of Rio Grande is an amusing section of river for whitewater paddling.
