The 3,398-foot elevation difference at nearby ski area Breckenridge is great; it has 146 runs covered by 25 feet of white snow annually, served by 27 ski lifts. At Copper Mountain 54% of the trails are hard while 46% are intermediate or beginner; everyone enjoys Copper Mountain with its 2,433 acres of ski terrain.
