These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable things to do in the Front Range. What would winter be without some skiing at Eldora, and there are plenty of people from Idaho Springs here. If you come to this campground, you will have a good time for sure. Do stop at Idaho Springs Reservoir near Arapaho Springs Campground, it's a lovely lake; an afternoon playing golf at Evergreen Golf Course   is always a bliss.
