No amenities, other than water. For $18 a night (the highest in the state) you can't even take a shower. The campground host is extremely rude/hostile. DO NOT CAMP AT CERRO ALTO UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD TIME. P.S. The trails are nice and the views are beautiful, but not worth $18 a day. If you don't have an Adventure Pass, be prepared to pay $5 or you'll get a ticket. Water hookups are offered here, and on a sunny day it's a good idea to enjoy the weather at the picnic area. Pack your camping stuff and get your motor running; Cerro   Alto Campground in California is a fine pick. You can experience the great outdoors at its most excellent at primtive campgrounds such as these. Getting to a primitive campground such as Cerro Alto Campground may be fairly challenging, but it's well worth it. Cerro Alto Campground is fantastically popular with visitors from Atascadero. There's such a large number of things to do near Cerro Alto Campground; you always have a fine time when you're here. There's more to do near Cerro Alto Campground other than just hanging out such as playing golf, swimming, fishing, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. A visit to California is not complete without some camping. Everybody ought   to go hiking once in a while, and Cerro Alto Campground is a great spot to do that.
