Payne Lake has gone down hill. I have been there 3 diff. times. 2 times have been great. This time there was no camp host, no attendant at gate, no where to put garbage cans were full, no toilet paper in the nasty, NASTY bathhouse. Just really disapointed in this park now. I won't be back. Says kooldaddy (Sun, 9 Oct 2011)
