Boulder Lake Lodge, Wisconsin     Custom Search   AMENITIES: Restrooms Showers Tap Water Boulder Lake Lodge is a great bar. Probably great for seasonal sites. Not good for overnight camping. We reserved a couple nights last year. EXPENSIVE, nothing as promised, except the bar. Be very careful. The nice folks who manage this site and lots of entertaining things to do beat anything. At Boulder Lake Lodge amusing stuff to do is bountiful, and it is a nice escape from the city. Camping out definitely is an entertaining       thing to do, and Boulder Lake Lodge, Wisconsin is a nice site for getting out. As if Boulder Lake Lodge wasn't enough, you can also go hiking, playing golf, fishing, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things   to do. The great variety of local attractions and such a great variety of outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. Camping in Wisconsin is such an enjoyable thing to do. In case you're trying to locate a class II(III) whitewater sweep to paddle, you're in luck; the Gilmore's Mistake to Otter Slide section is a great 5.9-mile-from-start-to-finish piece of Wolf River. This section of Wolf River is fitting for kayak paddlers who have been whitewater paddling for some time but who are not yet set for the really dangerous rapids. You should check circumstances previous to going; whitewater paddling could turn dangerous. Hiking along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is perfect   fun, and if you're here, you could take a look at Hills Pond Creek.
