You should check circumstances prior to departure; paddling can become treacherous. A visit to a nearby bowling alley like Pikeside Bowl is always amusing; there's good hiking along the Gabriel Trail. If by chance you love bowling, Berkeley Springs Bowlerama near Tri-lake Park is good for you. Sandpiper Training is a fine location to ride horses near Tri-lake Park. You could race go-karts at nearby Jay Dee's Family FUN Center, and going for   a horse ride at close by Brindley Oak Stable is always a fun thing to do.
