My husband and I had a horrible experience and will never go back, please read on and don’t go to this campground. The tent campsites are VERY expensive for what you get (i.e.: 1 water spigot a few sites down, only 1 porta-potty and small sites). Secondly, if you are sharing the site with friends and you don't arrive in the same car, you will be charged an extra guest fee (not just an extra car fee) for 1 couple       which equals almost 50% of the initial reservation cost. When my husband and I arrived we were told our friends had already arrived so there would be a guest fee because we were arriving separately. Ok, I have NEVER heard of   this in all my years camping. But we were there to camp, so we paid the fee and went to find our friends. Only to discover they weren't there yet, but when we went to tell the front office so we could wait for our friends so we could 'arrive at the same time' and avoid the fee, they told us they knew our friends were not there yet, but SORRY, they couldn't refund our money. We felt lied to and cheated out of money for a site that was already too expensive for what you got. This site was $87 for 2 nights, plus our 'guest fees' of about $33, which cost 2 couples $120 for 2 nights of camping. We should have stayed at a hotel, had running water and a toilet and not been lied to. Save yourself   frustration and either arrive together and be willing to pay a lot for a bad site or just go somewhere else and not give money to a lousy campground that won't help a frustrated customer.
