There are good tent sites here where you can set up that camp site. Sullivan River has a close by whitewater segment; the North Fork Sullivan to Highway 31 section is a delightful 1.7-mile-in-distance class V segment of whitewater. Kayak paddlers on this segment of Sullivan River should have quite some practice in whitewater kayaking and rafting. Check the situation ahead of going on the whitewater, or else it's not safe. Terry Trail is a stunning backpacking and hiking trail; it's 0.5 miles long and
 
    has a difference between top and bottom of 168 feet. A stunning a half hour of backcountry hiking looms for you along the Terry Trail. Some nearby water includes Linton Creek; you can never get enough of the fine skiing at 49 Degrees
 North. If you get bored of Mt. Linton RV and Trailer Park, you could also pop by nearby Wolf Lake. The summit of Washington Rock can be seen from Mt.
