A pretty wilderness trail close at hand, 4.8 miles from beginning to end, having an elevation difference of 148 feet is Allens Bay Trail. There are great sites to look at along the Allens Bay Trail, and Snag Peak is delightful and can be seen from here.   You completely must like the Olympic Mountains.
