The positive surroundings and the good quality of everything here makes the tour here worthwhile. Park in Virginia is a splendid site to go. Virginia has a lot of outdoors activities. The Game road to Maury River portion on Laurel Run is a nearby category IV-V whitewater sweep, 1.5 miles long. This sweep of Laurel Run is a
| | hard sweep for kayak paddling. Don't go kayak paddling before first checking the situation; it's dangerous business. Some of the water nearby flows, like Walters Creek, and don't leave Lake Robertson Rec Park without first going for a hike along the Jump Rock Trail. Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. A wonderful view of beautiful Brushy Hill is available from Lake Robertson Rec Park; nearby you hit upon the Goshen Pass Trail which is a good hiking trail. This is a great campground. The great folks of Lexington like to hang out close by, and going for a hike on the Little Peak Trail is always a good adventure. Close by Natural Bridge | |

Zoological Park is cool for everybody, and glorious hiking is available along the Round Knob Trail. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do right next door to Lake Robertson Rec Park.
