On a sunny day it's a pleasant idea to take pleasure in the weather at the picnic area. Of course there are showers at this campground, and in the washing   machine room you can launder your clothes. Get in shape during your stay by playing volley ball; bingo is at your disposal at this campground. The black and red ski slopes at Mad River Glen account for 45% of the ski slopes, and they are really great; learners and young ones are in luck too, 55% of the 115 acres of terrain are covered by easy ski slopes. The 45 ski slopes of Mad River Glen are all cool and are served by 4 lifts. The elevation difference is 2,037 feet, and this ski area obtains 19 feet of white snow per season. On nearby New Haven River you locate a grade V part of whitewater; the West Lincoln to Route 116 bridge portion is 1.3 miles long. This portion of New Haven River   is proposed for experienced raft paddlers exclusively.
