The campground is a must bypass. My family tent camps and found the facilities lacking the advertised charms. The tent sites are EXTREMELY close together. You are unable to have a private conversation as your neighbors are so close they can hear you in even the most normal tones. As another reviewer commented       camp workers are teenagers, the advertised bathhouse-restroom is dimly lit and the hand dryer did not work. The window AC unit could not keep up with the humidity the showers produced. The laundry facility had 1 of the 2 washers out   of service. Pool was green, and the ''grill-fire ring'' was made up of an 18 wheeler's metal wheel rim. We ended up having to go to the nearby store to buy a grill grate so we could use our ''grill''. We had a picnic table at our site, but our neighbors did not. This site is in the flight path of the airport and near a train station. You could hear jets and trains periodically throughout the day and night. Wooded tent sites are located just behind a housing sub-division, and occasionally you can hear neighborhood dogs barking. If you own an RV or pop-up and don't need to rely on their facilities, this might be suitable. I did not use any hook-ups, so I cannot comment on their functionality.   If you are tent camping, bypass for a more tent-friendly site where you have suitable grills, fire rings, picnic tables, things are as advertised, and you can truly feel as if you are camping.
