The management though is arrogant and       need to learn a thing or two on how to deal with customer service. The staff seemed nice here, but the real decision makers are nickel and diming grouches. They advertise that they are a family establishment, yet if your children   behave like children, they treat you as if you are rowdy teenagers tearing the place apart. If there is a mistake in reservations made on their part, they treat you as if you were some criminal attempting to put a scam over on them. This is a nice place, but the way we were treated, I have a hard time recommending it to any one. And all the activities that are mentioned in the article, notice how they do not occur on the premises of this ''resort'' but elsewhere. Enjoy playing a round of golf here, and hiking here is splendid exercise, and amusing for the whole family.   If by chance you experience a mechanical breakdown, they can fix it for you here on site.
