NOTHING like they describe. I tried to make reservations in advance, but was told not to because they have ''plenty of room.'' Rather than heed my warning about the sold-out concert 2 miles away, they refused my reservation. The muddy dirt roads ended up full of cars just parked there (there are no designated parking spots,) and no room for tents or driving, so no one could leave at a reasonable hour the next morning. They did turn people away - which I hope resulted       in a false advertising suit. They do NOT have ''security guards'' they just bring the police in to arrest people who are awake too late at night for no apparent reason. Seriously, DON'T stay here. The fishing holes are nasty. I couldn't   find the bathrooms/showers and had to use a full, out of toilet-paper, port-o-potty, in the dark. It's completely unethical for these owners to tell those of us who inquire that there is plenty of room, take our money on the way in, and then let us find out the hard way that there is NOT enough room to actually camp there, let alone park a vehicle and drive it out of there by check-out time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
