Welcome woods, Ohio     Custom Search   Horrible campground!! Stay away!! Very dirty with trash (beer cans and broken items) laying around alot of the campers and the owner of the campground doesn't have them clean it up. Not trying to be mean, but the owner isn't a very nice person either. Very disappointed with our stay!! Was very happy with the site and owners. So if you have any doubts on this campsite please come and visit Jim and Jan the owners. I am sure you will be very pleased. We would love to have you as our neighbors. Says Rae Ann       A lot of folks pick Welcome woods in order to be in close proximity to Indian Lake State Park. Camping in Ohio is such a fun activity. Such a delightful choice of attractions and such a delightful variety of outdoors recreation   are sure to keep you coming back persistently. Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the exciting stuff you can do is hiking, fishing, playing golf, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Welcome woods is a campground quite often visited by visitors from Russells Point. There is so much amusing stuff to do near Welcome woods; it is one of a lot of good campgrounds in this vicinity. Ok, you've been cooped up too long; Welcome woods in Ohio is the outdoors at its best. The staff that manages this campground and the great quality of everything here will make you feel delightful. Hit the slopes at Mad River Mountain around here, and for all you   boaters, Gene's Marine Bait & Tackle is a tremendous marina close at hand.
