| | We have been to this site a couple times. The site is great but it is run by an older lady who allows her grandson to harass and endanger other campers and basically make a nuisance of himself. If anyone attempts to stop him from harming their group she gets very angry and begins to threaten the group and throw nonsensical accusations to distract from what her grandson has done. She cares nothing for listening to facts about what he has done. Great site but watch your step there and report any issues with any boys as soon as possible even if it doesn't seem important! We love sunset park. Rates are 15.00, and we bought firewood for 5.00 also. | |
My boys went paddling on the paddle boat and swimming in the pond. We went hiking along a trail to see a big rock that was a part of pilot knob. Love the creek that ran thru the whole campground. Love the family atmosphere. Says
