A very nice campground with a owner lacking class and a faulty memory where money is concerned . We really liked the place till it was time to leave and were told that the power deposit would not be refunded because we didn't use as much power as we should have and she does not give any refunds for any reason. NO CLASS Says John Gault       (14-Oct-14) As of 7/11/2010 River Bend is open and took my reservations.  My wife and I stayed here in 2005 and absolutely loved the quiet off the beaten path grounds. You will be sorely disappointed if you do not check out   ALL the waterfalls so very very close to here.  We will be staying for a week in August and I will post more then, but we loved this place in 2005! Says Mick Compton There's service and repair at your disposal in case you have mechanical problems. This is a nice setting for RV-ing; for folks who like to play horseshoes this is a good place. Going camping for a couple of days here in North Carolina is something you must do. The good variety of local attractions and so much to do are certain to keep you coming   back repeatedly.
