On the whole this section of Cartoogechaye River is a cool place for whitewater kayaking or rafting. Naturally, whitewater kayaking or rafting is enjoyable but risky; check current conditions ahead of going. You might want to pay a visit to Windy Gap if you're here at Downtown RV Park and Cottages. Everyone likes a fun trip to close by Santa's Land Fun Park & Zoo; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Sky Valley Resort. This campground is so nice. It's always exciting  
to take a fishing trip and a tremendous scene to do that is Tuckaseegee Outfitters. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Downtown RV Park and Cottages; Rufus Morgan Trail is a pleasant local trail.
