We was charged $605.00 a month, and then was charged $75.00 a month for electric which would not have been so bad, but the facilities there are awful. The one running the park was rude and would lie       to you at the drop of the hat. We did not have full hook ups, and the electric would surge so bad that at times it would turn the TV off and then the next minute your fans would be running full blast. We lost a dehumidifier, heater,   and can opener due to the electric surges. The grass never was mowed on the site we were on for 4 months and would have to ask three to four times to get the black tank dumped. When we arrived we were told to just let the grey water out on the ground...being right there on the Beaver Kill River. I was shocked that we were told to do that. There were several families there that were with the pipeline and some moved out...only to find that their credit cards where charged after they left without permission. Some other travelers came in, and at one time we were paying for the week at $195.00 that was including electric. The other travelers came in and were told they had to pay $160.00 for the   week. The man charged whatever he wanted to with no set prices for everyone. I just wonder if the owner knew about the difference in the charges. We as pipeliners move about all over the country, and this is by far the worst park I have ever stayed in. I would never tell anyone to stay there. It is not what it claims to be on the internet.
