The campsites are quite small, and we were kept up by       the kids until far past the 11 pm quiet-hour. Even after cell calls to the campground office, they were unable to quieten the kids, and we did not sleep well. After talking with the owner the next day, the policy apparently does not   include laughing or conversation. So, if you're in a tent, hope that your neighbors are respectful. We left early and will not come back. Says Mark (Sun, 19 Sep 2010) There are unsurprisingly restrooms at this campground, and rowing a boat is something you may do while you're here. On a nice day you could have a nice picnic at the picnic area; paddle boats are great fun, and they are available at this campground. Playing a round of golf is an outstanding way to spend some time, and this is a good spot for boating. Hope you like fishing, Barrington Shores Campground has some good fishing. There are boats for rent here at Barrington Shores Campground, and there is lodging where you   could stay the night in good comfort.
