Howlin'mad Moon in Montana is exactly what you need. The 1.5-mile-in-length Quake Lake to 1 1/2 mile downstream segment is a grade IV-V segment of whitewater on Madison River. Don’t depend on staying dry paddling this bit of Madison River. Always check restrictions prior to departure paddling given that paddling is a dangerous activity.
