Always check conditions previous to going whitewater kayaking and rafting because whitewater kayaking and rafting is a risky pastime. In case you wanna get out on the water, Blackjack Marina is close at hand. The Landing is not the only site close by, Mark Twain Lake is a close by lake, and a game of bowling is enjoyable at nearby Pal Bowl. A campground like this is too fine to miss. Golf Club; going for a hike on the Lick Creek Trail is always a fine adventure. Golf can be played at Jackson Park Golf Course, and nearby you hit upon the Hickory Bluff Trail which is a good hiking trail.
