I purchased an RV membership for $1500 which allowed me to stay 6 mos a year. Plus I paid $249 annual dues for 2 years. I lived in South Dakota then and due to poor health had to sell my RV. I wrote Martin Lake a letter canceling my membership and forfeiting my membership fees. They told me I could not cancel but had to pay annual fees forever and       ever whether I used their resort or not. I refused and they referred me to Bayside Recovery (collection agency) who has listed me as a collection account on my spotless credit file. Buyer beware as they will deceive you. Says Charles   Weaver (Thu, 25 Sep 2008) In the event that you enjoy comfort, there are fine cabins here at Martin's Lake Resort. Why not bring your hamster, pet animals are allowed, and just like all glorious campgrounds this one also has a swimming pool where you can take a nice swim. Bring your fishing hat since fishing here is splendid , and in the laundry room you can launder your outfits. Remain connected while here at Martin's Lake Resort with the wifi supplied; naturally there are showers at this campground. Martin's Lake Resort has a playground, so your little ones can play, and for folks who like to play horseshoes this is a magnificent place. On a sunny day it's a good idea to take   pleasure in the weather at the picnic area.
