| | This was my 1st camping trip in many years. We stayed 3 nights with no problems. The grounds were quiet, well maintained and many sites had a beautiful view of the tidal inlets with no view of the neighbors. We plan to return. Says Robin

| | do close to South Bay Campground, and if you're trying to find a perfect spot to go camping for a couple of days, this is a good selection. The Dennys Bay to Cobscook Bay portion, a whitewater run on Cobscook Falls is 0.5 miles in distance. This close by run of whitewater is a category II-III. It could be said that this run of Cobscook Falls is a location for fun paddling. Check the situation before you go on the whitewater, otherwise it's not safe. A spree to Lubec Neck close to South Bay Campground is always a great idea; folks from Lubec love to come here. a perfect thing to do. The surroundings of this campground have such a vast number of things to offer. If you're here, you might as well have a look at Gravel Bar, and a fine place like Quoddy Head State Park is too fine to leave out.
