We went in the middle of the summer and the weather was pretty good.?       We had a couple good rainstorms at night but it always cleared up for the day.? My kids loved swimming in the pool and the river.? The river was so warm and if you went out to the big rocks the water was rough and felt like a hot   tub!!? My sons (7 and 4&1/2)had a blast riding their scooters all over the campgrounds with the other kids.? They spent most of their time trying to catch frogs and tadpoles and playing at the playground.? We went to the ceramic shop and painted a keepsake for home.? We will definately be going back next year.? My kids want to go for two weeks this time but we will see. Says Jen Falco We went to Hidden Acres for the first time in 2006 and loved it. We went later in the season and the weather was a mix of rain and cooler weather so we weren't able to enjoy the pool. The grounds were great for biking with kids. Our daughter LOVE feeding the animals. That area had and animal odor,   but it wasn't near the sites and was worth it for the kids. The staff was great and alway had fun things going on for all ages.
