We've formed a group of campers against this, we have a facebook page at www.facebook.com/savemcgrathstatebeach We've done a variety of things ranging from writing letters to local govt asking for $ help for the park to keep it opened, we made private donations, we've got the park on the news twice in the last week and we are voting for McGrath in the $100,000 parks grant contest, McGrath       is currently in 7th place! Says Cindy There are as expected restrooms at this campground,   and showers are offered at McGrath State Beach. In California you never run out of outdoors enjoyable stuff. A lot of people stay here to be right next door to McGrath State Beach. We must all go camping for a couple of days now and then; McGrath State Beach, California is a magnificent site for getting out. There's so much to do at McGrath State Beach including playing golf, hiking, whitewater paddling, fishing, and swimming, so it's completely out of the question to get bored. McGrath State Beach is an old favorite with residents of Ventura. There are so many exciting things near McGrath State Beach; camping is such a fun activity, and this is a magnificent site to do that.   McGrath State Beach has great lodging to ensure that your stay is comfortable.
