was my 29th year to go to Albert Pike, but my family's 60th annual year... We lost 3 family members there this year in the flood, and all of our vehichles, campers, tents, food, clothes, etc... It was a living nightmare... So so
| | so so very sad!!! I will REALLY REALLY REALLY miss Camp Albert Pike... but will not be going back Says Jeanne 'Gardner' Reed
My family has also been going to Camp Albert Pike for MANY years. They started going before my mother was born. She is now 58 years old. My husband and I got married at the ampitheater there, and last year my family threw me a surprise baby shower there. It is the most special place in the world to me. Tomorrow my family leaves for our Albert Pike vacation, and we will be taking our daughter for her first year. She will be the 4th generation of our family to go to Albert Pike every year. I hope she loves it as much we have! Says Jeanne 'Gardner' | |

I grew up going and it's a place I will never forget. Says Jennifer
My parents took me to Camp Albert Pike when I was in my teenage years. You never was bored, while you was there. The Lowerys, they ran the store then, was so friendly and helpful.
Later after I had children of my own I started taking them also. We still go every year so we can hike the trails and just meet new people who have found what I call a little piece of heaven on earth. You see all kinds of wildlife
and everyday you discover something new that you didnt see the day before. Now I have the joy of showing Camp Albert Pike to my grandkids. Hopefully they will love it as much as I do. See everyone in July every year!!!!!! Says Teresa
I have been going to albert pike since I was in diapers and I am now 40. It is great. I have been taking my children for the last 20 years. I can't think of anywhere I would rather be. Says Cindia
Camp Albert Pike is the best
place to get away for the weekend or even a whole week. My wife and I have been going almost every rear, sometimes more than once, since we first visited in 2002. Weather you are into hiking, fishing, swimming, or just relaxing by
the fire, Camp albert Pike is the place to be. The store owners go out of their way to please their customers and the camp hosts are friendly too. Just go once and you will be hooked. Says Kelby Oakley
