I called the Zuni Village RV Park in Kingman AZ about two or three hours before we arrived at Kingman. The lady I spoke with told me they had plenty of spaces and I understood her to say, “Just come on in and choose a spot.” We did just that. As soon as we arrived and found a space my husband was hooking up the rv and I headed for the office to pay. The instant I walked through the door the old man at the counter said
to me, “Are you the motor home that just pulled in?” I said, “yes’. He went on to say (in a very hateful tone), “Well, what makes you think you can just drive in to any space you want?” I very kindly apologized and told him what I

The lady behind the counter had been listening and said, “It’s ok, I’ll just change things on the computer.” Again I apologized for the misunderstanding. The old man said, “ Are you from California?” I told him no I am from Texas. He said, “Well, normally this is something a Californian would do.” The lady told me she needed my driver’s license. I had not brought them in with me so I told her I would go get them. I left and went back out to the motor home. By the time I got to my husband I was boiling. I told him

what had happen and that it may be best for him to go in and handle it. He did and the old man was just as rude to him. Bottom line is we left and chose another park. I wouldn’t recommend this park to a dog. Like a lot of the parks in AZ it was mostly sand with some small trees.
I have to say one of the nicer parks I saw in Kingman, but with the rudest old man I have ever met. Never again will I even think about patronizing this place and will never send recommend it. Says Anonymous (Fri, 8 Oct 2010)
