Backpacking In Arkansas Some of the pictures captured while backpacking in Arkansas. Many trips in and around the Ozarks and the Buffalo River Trail.
Hiking and Backpacking in The Ozarks There are many opportunities to see the Ozarks on foot, either for a day hike or a longer backpacking trip. There are two main hiking trails in Northwest Arkansas, the Ozark Highland Trail and the Buffalo River Trail. Each has unique properties that only those on foot can truly appreciate. Backpackers may select from trails that range from a leisurely overnight beginner's adventure to others that can take a month or more to complete.
