Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area
|
| | Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area is a peaceful and spectacular place on the Montana Wyoming border. Bighorn Canyon with Bighorn Lake in it is of course the centerpiece.
I was extremely dissapointed when I went to Bighorn Canyon. I drove for almost an hour off the highway to see what I thought was going to be a great wonder of our natural history, only to pay the $5 entry fee and be faced with a sign that says it is closed permantly. I do feel there should be signs posted that say something about it being closed to sight seeing. Says Jamie
