Reddings' little jewel located in town. Located in the Shasta Cascade Wonderland.  Redding has miles of paved trails located on both sides of the river and throughout our city. We have one of the newest parks in town built in 1994. Quiet, secluded and away from the freeway noise.  Spacious landscaped sites with concrete pads.  Free Wi-fi, pool, pavilion, shuffleboard & horseshoes. Sorry no restrooms or pull thrus. ...

Beehive Campground
15 miles away
Beehive campground is pretty good, little rocky and if the water is down that can be a problem. The do have several outhouses there and it is easy to get to. Gregory Creek is better but has been closed for many years due to the eagles nesting. Invest in wasp traps! Bears are not to bad in the 3 years we have camped there only saw one and it was running from the lake. ...
