Eveleth Veteran's Park
 | 12 miles away 200 beautiful wooded acres in Northern Minnesota with a swimming beach and fishing pier. A boat landing is on the other end of this 5 mile long lake to easily launch your boat. 40 Camp Sites are available in a pristine wooded setting.  | 14 miles away The river is at least 100 miles long. I've paddled from Katherine Lake to the St. Louis River and there is plenty of river to paddle besides the section from US 53 to US 2. The top section, from Katherine Lake to Lake Co #2 is an especially wild ride, and I've only done it once, but the drop is incredible, sometimes like a logging flume.... |

We are always listed as a resort with cabin rentals. our 7 site seasonal campground that has not had an opening for several years, so it is never listed under campgrounds.
