Cedar Grove Beach Cedar Grove Beach ceased being a park in the 60's and is now my private residence. Would welcome any pictures of the park in the 30's,40's,50's,60's. Was the site of many picnics by farm bureau, churches, and other groups from the area. Steam ships and cruises from Baltimore and Annapolis visited for the day during that period....Why is this still on the list when this beach supposedly has not existed in many years.... Roaring Point Campground 13 miles away I have camped at this campground for several years now. While there used to be a lot of activities for the campers, this past season wasn't so! There were some activities on some of the major weekends (a very bad band for the Fourth weekend) but other than some activities for the younger kids, the teenagers are left to their own devices for entertainment. Nevertheless, it is a good place to relax.... Greenbelt Park 64 miles away Regular camping fees at this time (06/08) are $16/night. I have been camping at Greenbelt Park every summer for a week for the last 7 years. It was always at $14 up till last year when it went up to $16. Great Park though! Love it!...
