Located between Hixton and Alma Center, on State Hwy 95. From I-94 Exit #105 turn left on Hwy 95. Go only 3. 5 miles and camp is on left. KOA Hixton/Alma Center is located on Historic Silver Mound, (a National Historic Site) where native Americans mined flintstone over 10,000 years ago. It is a peaceful and beautiful setting, nestled in a small valley away from freeway noise. Enjoy morning coffee, a swim in our heated pool or walk in our beautiful woods, with rock outcroppings. We also have a playground for the kids and a giant jumping pillow for young and old alike. We have many flower gardens and there are many kinds of birds to watch. The kids will also enjoy the well stocked fishing pond. Everyone enjhoys the free hayride on Saturdays and Holidays as well as the ice cream social and pancake breakfast. Big rigs are welcome and can easily fit in our long pull through full hookup sites. The tenters will love the spacious secluded sites with polies to hang their lanterns, a bench to sit on by their fire and picnic table. We also have Kamping Kabins with porch swings and air conditioners. Award winning Clean. We have free wi-fi throughout the campground and cable all of the full hookup sites.
