Kaibab Camper Village is the only campground near the North Rim of Grand Canyon with RV hookups (water, 30 amp electric, sewer). Located at about 8,000 feet in elevation and surrounded by Kaibab National Forest land, it is remote but beautiful and peaceful. The campground is a pleasant mixture of warm Arizona sunshine and cool shade underneath the many tall Ponderosa pine trees, with a mountain meadow and pond adjoining.|
Just off the North Rim Parkway (State Route 67) on Forest Road 461, it is also less than a mile from Jacob Lake Inn (restaurant, store, and full service gas station) as well as the Forest Service visitor information center. Also nearby are horse rides and an authentic restored Forest Service ranger cabin. Many miles of trails and forest roads are available on the Kaibab National Forest and North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park.
The campground's location also makes it desirable for travelers visiting the famous ''Grand Circle'' of National Parks and National Monuments, including Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Grand Staircase-Escalante, Lees Ferry and Glen Canyon/Lake Powell, Canyonlands, and Arches.
Family owned and operated for the past 15 years.
