You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Bighorn Mountains. Visit Rock Creek while you're here at Middle Fork of the Powder River. Skiing at Big Horn is one of those things you just have to do. At Middle Fork of the Powder River you donít see much rain. May is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. For the  
period of the months of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Middle Fork of the Powder River, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, generally in the 50's.
