There are naturally restrooms at this campground. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, you need to get out, and South Twin, Washington is a good location for getting out. The welcoming reception and all the enjoyable stuff to do are incentive enough to come here.
As if South Twin wasn't enough, you can also go hiking, whitewater paddling, swimming, and fishing, so it's impossible to get bored. Several folks choose South Twin to be close to Gifford Pinchot National Forest. This section of Washington has a good deal of outdoors activities on hand.

    it's always fun being here.
All the pleasant local attractions nearby and so much stuff to do are sure to keep you coming back many times. South Twin is a great campground to use as a base while enjoying the Northern Cascade Range.
 The class II-III Twin Falls to FR 88 portion of Lewis River - North Fork is 3 miles long. When the conditions are right this part of Lewis River - North Fork is an enjoyable part of river for whitewater paddling. Whitewater rapids are dangerous matters, so you must check the situation in advance of a trip. Table Mountain Trail is a picturesque backcountry trail; it's 5.3 miles in distance and has a height variation of 2,007 feet. Table Mountain Trail is six hours of backcountry hiking. A delightful wilderness hiking trail close by, 5.2 miles from start to finish, featuring a height difference of 1,465 feet is Divide Camp Trail. Divide Camp Trail calls for five hours to walk; it's an  
average wilderness hiking trail. Going for a backcountry walk outclasses anything; the 15.4-mile-long Round The Mountain Trail is close at hand; it has a difference in height of 977 feet.
