The 773 foot difference between top and bottom Ridge Trail is a beautiful spot to go backcountry backpacking; it's 3 miles of good backcountry backpacking. This hiking trail, the Ridge Trail is an average walk that necessitates more or less two and a half hours. With its 2,402 foot altitude difference it's a lovely backpacking and hiking trail; the Falls Creek Trail is 9.1 miles of perfect  
backcountry hiking. The Falls Creek Trail is hard; it requires about one and a half days to backcountry hike.
