White Pass, the close by ski hill has an altitude difference of 1,500 feet; this ski hill has 6 good ski lifts, and 29 feet of great snow per year covering its 32 runs. The 3,100 feet of drop from top to bottom at close by Crystal Mountain is complete fun. Crystal Mountain boasts 29 feet of fluffy snow every winter on its 50 ski runs that are served by its 11 good ski lifts. At Crystal Mountain 35% of the ski runs are difficult while 65% are blue and green; everyone likes Crystal Mountain with its 2,600 acres of ski terrain. 5-mile-from-start-to-finish Soda Springs to Highway 123 sector. This section of Summit Creek is appropriate for kayak paddlers who have been raft paddling for a while.
