This section of Utah has a magnificent deal of outdoors activities available. Quite a lot of exciting things to do right next door to Upper Provo River, and camping is such an enjoyable thing to do, and this is a magnificent site to do that.

All the cheery folks and the great quality of everything here attract folks from near and far.
Upper Provo River is one of the places to camp here in the Uinta Mountains. All the nice local attractions close at hand and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. Some activities here at Upper Provo River are fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so you won’t get bored.

    Soapstone to Deer Creek Reservoir portion of Provo River is 25 miles long. The Soapstone to Deer Creek Reservoir portion of Provo River is recommended for whitewater paddlers of medium know-how. Of course, paddling is fun but dangerous;
 check conditions prior to departure. Lost Lake Dam is worth going to since you're here, and while you're here why not check out Slate Gorge. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Uinta Mountains. You're perhaps interested in lakes, Lake Marion is one of those nearby. There's glorious hiking along the Smith Morehouse Trail, and you can go for a hike on the Notch Mountain Trail. The Skinner Cutoff Trail offers hiking at its best, and why not a little side spree to Lost Creek. Upper Provo River is right by the Highline Trail, and Broadhead Meadows is a perfect site here at Upper Provo River. Any time is a perfect time at Upper Provo River if you go for  
the outdoors. Don't leave Upper Provo River without first going for a hike along the Lofty Lake Trail. Jordanelle State Park is a great place to have a look at.
